AB Accounting Services N.V. is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Aruba on August 5, 2004. The company started operations on September 1, 2004. The major shareholder of the company is Mrs. Edith M. Perez. She is also the Managing Director in charge of the operations.

Mrs. Perez’ vast experience and know-how in accountancy, locally and internationally, is the back-bone of the operations and management of the company. With a banking and many years of financial management background, she easily diversified the services of the company. The financial services of the company are diversified in combination with supplying, implementing, setting up and supporting of Accounting Softwares like Quickbooks and Point of Sale softwares of Quickbooks and PC America – Cash Register Express and Restaurant Pro Express software.
